Kinds of Outdoor Lighting. There are many kinds of outdoor lighting. They are usually divided into different categories such as Garden Lighting, Outdoor Ceiling Lighting and Outdoor Lanterns. Other categories are Landscape Lighting, Solar Lights, Outdoor Wall Lighting, Porch lights and Patio Lighting. There is lighting which is also intended for pools, walkways, pathways and so on.
A notable goal of the Consortium is the uniform sizing of solar fixtures. This will identify the best illumination profile, the most reliable solar array, the appropriate size of the battery bank, and the luminaire. In order to establish a reliable, 365-day system, the battery input must create the maximum output and energy reserve.
When it comes to deck lighting, there are some cool new LED options out there. You could also have some post lighting needs around your deck or entertaining area. We have already explained how to light post lights. The main areas you want to light on decks are the steps and edges of the deck. Small puck size lights can be used for these areas. They do not flood the area with light but will insure that no one gets hurt if they are walking across your deck in the evening hours.
Walkway Lights: Walk way lights are downward pointing lights that attach to the walls surrounding a walkway. This will make sure that everyone is safe on stairs, garden bridges, or uneven paths. Many walkway lighting designs come with color options; not only for the decorative encasing of the bulb, but walkway lights can shine a slightly blue or pink hue.
